Further Proof We are Being Lied to about the dangers of the Smart Grid Infrastructure….

The Utilities/State regulatory agencies repeatedly lied about the interaction of a smart meter with the grid.  As you can see it is and always has been turned on 24/7 in order to properly interact with the grid.  This means the microwave radiation pollution is in your homes, schools and workplaces where you spend the most time prevents you and your loved ones the ability to ever escape the assault on your biology.  You have no control over your environment.

The Utility Mafia who owns the Regulatory agencies, have continuously lied about using BPL.  the technology has proven to be volatile and the source of high noise disturbances on the power lines.  Pilots failed across the country.  The FCC has records of closing the pilots because the utility is unable to mitigate the issues.  So, why are they using technology that is a public health hazard?  That is easy to answer.  They purposefully wrote into the telecommunication act of 1996 that health cannot be argued.  In the The US Energy Policy Act of 2005 health is not allowed as a reason to opt out of the smart meter program.  State regulatory agencies who oversee the utilities are not required to considerate the negative health impact the smart grid technology has on human beings and wildlife. So their decisions are strictly consumer rates and safety based. Even the safety issue is being ignored by them.  We cannot be heard when we use this argument that we are sick as a result of being exposed to pulsed radio wave signals and dirty electricity! They will simply say that no evidence has proved this to be true; when that too, is a complete and utter lie.

The AMI communications infrastructure supports continuous interaction

between the utility, the consumer and the controllable electrical load. It

must employ open bi-directional communication standards, yet be highly

secure. It has the potential to also serve as the foundation for a multitude of

modern grid functions beyond AMI. Various architectures can be employed,

with one of the most common being local concentrators that collect data from

groups of meters and transmit that data to a central server via a backhaul

channel. Various media can be considered to provide part or all of this


Power Line Carrier (PLC)

Broadband over power lines (BPL)

Copper or optical fiber

Wireless (Radio frequency), either centralized or a distributed mesh


Combinations of the above

Future inclusion of smart grid applications and potential consumer services

should be considered when determining communication bandwidth



A HAN interfaces with a consumer portal to link smart meters to

controllable electrical devices. Its energy management functions may


In-home displays so the consumer always knows what energy is being

used and what it is costing

Responsiveness to price signals based on consumer-entered


Set points that limit utility or local control actions to a consumerspecified


Control of loads without continuing consumer involvement

Consumer over-ride capability

The HAN/consumer portal provides a smart interface to the market by acting

as the consumer’s “agent.” It can also support new value added services

such as security monitoring.

A HAN may be implemented in a number of ways, with the consumer portal

located in any of several possible devices including the meter itself, the

neighborhood collector, a stand-alone utility-supplied gateway or even within

customer-supplied equipment.
